Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and conducting user research activities including surveys, interviews, and usability testing for mobile applications
• Support the analysis of research data and the creation of research reports
• Help identify user needs, behaviors, and pain points
• Collaborate with UX designers and other team members to translate research insights into actionable recommendations
• Document research findings and create presentations for stakeholders
• Contribute to the development of user personas and journey maps
• Stay current on UX research methodologies and industry best practices

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a program in UX/UI Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, or related field
• At least 1 year of experience in UX research or 1 previous UX research internship
• Online or PDF portfolio showcasing your UX research work is required
• Familiarity with UX research methodologies and tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to synthesize complex information into clear, actionable insights
• Understanding of mobile design principles and constraints
• Proficiency with common research and presentation tools
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
