Responsibilities

• Help maintain project documentation and communication channels
• Support the creation and updates of project timelines and schedules
• Participate in client and team meetings, taking and distributing notes
• Track project milestones and deliverables
• Assist with resource allocation and task assignment
• Help identify potential risks and bottlenecks
• Support quality assurance processes
• Learn and apply project management methodologies
• Contribute to post-project evaluations and documentation of lessons learned

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a program in Project Management, Business Administration, Design Management, or related field
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency with project management and productivity tools (Asana, Notion, Monday, or similar)
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Excellent time management skills
• Basic understanding of digital design and development processes
• Problem-solving mindset and proactive approach to challenges
• Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Familiarity with Agile or Waterfall methodologies is a plus
